Trip to Kohala & Hilo

Early morning trip through Kohala and Hilo with some friends. It was awesome to drive through the areas and see what’s changed and what hasn’t in the past year. The Kohala Lighthouse is gone! Drought since November has dried up Waimea. Improvements to Saddle Road are slow, but definitely making it a faster cross-island drive! Vog still stifling the view in Kona… but luckily the sunset was nice tonight!
